We only ship our orders in the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are sorry, but we don't ship internationally.
If I were to place an order, will my information be secure?
All customer information provided to us is ONLY used to process each order. We do not offer e-mail addresses or phone numbers to third parties. Please note that all transactions are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by the world leader in online security solutions, godaddy.
What is Nature Extreme's shipping process?
Orders are regularly shipped through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or the most economical service available. After an order is placed, we will supply you with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Expect your package to arrive within 3-10 business days (on average), depending upon your geographic location.
Do you offer Next Day or 2nd Day shipping?
Unfortunately, at the moment we only offer ground shipping.
I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase. What is your return policy for non-defective items?
Items purchased from Nature Extreme can be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the order. Customers MUST contact us at assistant@natureextreme.com for a RMA number before making the return. Products that have manufacturer warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to each return, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Nature Extreme accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your returns. Items must be in the same condition that the customer have received them in, must have all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must have the issued RMA number. Otherwise, the returned package will not be accepted.
What is your return policy for defective items purchased from Nature Extreme?
Except for defective cell phones, the customer can return the item within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the order, and we will issue a replacement. Or, defective items can be returned, and we can issue a refund. Customers MUST contact assistant@natureextreme.com for an RMA number before making the return. As for defective cell phones, they must be returned to the manufacturer. If returned items are found not to be defective, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Therefore, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support before you request a RMA number.

In which states do you charge sales tax?
New York state residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax on each order.
Why am I being charged for signature verification on delivery?
Nature Extreme makes sure to take every necessary measure in order to secure your purchase. When your billing address does not match your shipping address, we require a signature on delivery.
